We aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days after it is placed. Your order is considered dispatched when it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address.

Please note: During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.


Estimated Shipping Times

The time it takes for your order to arrive depends on your location. Below are our estimated delivery times:

  • Mainland UK: Within 4 business days
  • United States: Within 7 business days

For worldwide shipping, delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and other factors. During busy seasons and holidays, carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control.


Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

For orders flagged with address issues, we’ll contact you via email within 3 business days to confirm or update the details. If we don’t receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience lost or stolen packages. Once your order is handed off to the courier, the package becomes their responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen:

While we are not liable for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to help you file claims and provide updates. In some cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the situation.
